The 30-minute Private Health Coaching Call is for established EquiLife Health Coaching clients who have: met with their Health Coach within the past four months and wish to extend their Health Coaching plan; or for those who wish to reconnect with their Health Coach for updates or questions.

If you have new lab results to review, have not met with your Health Coach for more than 4 months or if you have many questions you believe will require more than 30-minutes, please schedule a 60-Minute Private Health Coaching Call to ensure we have enough time.

• Established EquiLife Health Coaching Clients
• Health Coaching Clients who last met with their Health Coach less than four months ago
• Clients who need to make a quick adjustment/update to their Personalized Wellness Plan (PWP)
